Now that the State of Illinois is in Phase 5, we are implementing the new, more relaxed guidelines from the Diocese of Joliet.
WELCOME BACK!!!!!!
Masks are no longer required for those who are properly vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, we ask that you please wear a mask.
Reservations will no longer be required. However, for those people who are uncomfortable sitting with unmasked people, please sit in the PURPLE SECTION. Those sitting in the PURPLE section MUST wear a mask.
Hand sanitizer is not required for entering church or for receiving Communion. Hand sanitizer will be provided in the vestibule, if you choose to use it.
Clergy and Ministers of the Eucharist will still wear masks and sanitize their hands, but they will not wear face shields.
It is still preferred that you receive Eucharist on the hand. If you want to receive Eucharist on the tongue, you must come to a priest or deacon in the center aisle.
The dispensation to attend mass is still in place, for the time being.
