After your registration form is completed, you can return it to the Parish Office in one of four convenient ways:

Drop Off at Mass: Put the registration form in an envelope and place it in the weekend collection basket at Mass.

In Person: Registration forms can also be dropped off at the Rectory/Parish Office (attn: Raye Ann). Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

Mail: If you would like to mail the form to the Rectory/Parish Office,
